Challenge

The main challenge in this project was a highly competitive online evironment and lack of a sales automation system for the existing clients.

Solution

A research-driven organic SEO strategy paired with an automated email marketing suite. This was done by restructuring the website and optimizing it to rank for the most valuable industry keywords to drive organic visitors and brand exposure. In a second step, the email marketing software was integrated with the accounting system to allow for a personalized relationship with the customer through newsletters, capitalizing on promotional and referral opportunities.

Results

We’ve achieved a top 5 ranking for 10 highly relevant industry keywords which resulted in over 3000 users visiting the website through an organic search process. Our advertisement solutions were optimized to a Click Through Rate (CTR) of 5% for additional Pay Per Click traffic. The email marketing campaigns reached an Open Rate (OR) of 33% and an average Click Through Rate (CTR) of 7%, retargeting existing clients and friends. The marketing solution was able to increase the revenue of the company by 20% within the first year of implementation
